2 tbsp chia seeds 1/4 cup warm water 1 whole cucumber (peeled) 1 whole fresh apricot (seed removed) 2 cups pure coconut water
Soak chia seeds in warm water for few minutes.
While chia seeds are cooling assemble all the ingredients in a blender and blend smooth.
Lastly, add chia seeds to the blender and blend again as smooth as possible.
Pour into serving glasses and enjoy chilled.
