Hey there! Are you ready for another great week of meal planning? I surely am. With the days longer I am totally motivated to get myself more organized so I can spend some extra time for my workouts outside in the nature.
Right now, I am enjoying visiting the grocery stores flooded with colorful and fresh fruits and vegetables, and farmers’ market about to settle in few weeks. There is so much life everywhere so why waste time in just thinking what to cook?

For Mid-Morning Snacks – include smoothies into your diet to keep you hydrated and full till lunch time.
For Evening Snacks include some low fat yogurt, fresh or dry fruits and nuts. You can also opt for hot snacks if desired.
